This is a listing of companies known as "sponsors" who actively support or condone spamming, illegal or otherwise. Sponsors generally are the ones who perform the following functions in the spam economy:

• Bulletproof hosting
• Distinct spammable domains
• Order processing
• Credit card processing via high-risk merchant accounts
• Sales and commission reporting for mailers (spammers)
• Payment of mailers (spammers)

Sponsors always attempt to get new mailers. They attract them by offering high commissions and a variety of payment methods (usually all via online means such as WebMoney or epassporte.)

In some cases they also provide elements such as Geocities redirects or Google blogspot redirects for their mailers.

Sponsors generally absorb "heat", making it easier for a spammer to send mail as illegally as they like, since the spam itself will never identify the actual entity who is profiting from the spamming.
