Until December 2006, Ace of Domains responded to complaints by removing the entry given sufficient comprehensive evidence and many repeated requests.

There were few responses to requests, and one eventual response stated that they were taking action "because there were so many complaints about that domain"

Actions in 2007 have been incomplete. Removals have been in effect for one day at a time, after which the offending domain would be reinstated.

Either Ace of Domains is not competent at making removals, or there is somebody overriding their tepid attempts to remove domains.
